    (b) Request to rezone property northwest of the corner of Irvington Road and Houghton Road from SR to MH-1. Applicant: Mike Shipione. The approved development plan is for 69 manufactured housing units on 15 acres. The City Manager recommends approval of the ordinance.

    (c) Ordinance No. 9702 relating to zoning: amending the zoning district boundaries in the area located at the northwest corner of Houghton Road and Irvington Road in Case C9-97-08, Houghton/Irvington LP - Irvington Road, SR to MH-1; and setting an effective date. (Ward 4)

9. PUBLIC HEARING: CITY OF TUCSON RECOMMENDED BIENNIAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEARS 2003 AND 2004

    (2) Resolution No. 19186 relating to finance; approving and authorizing the transfer of One Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($1,214) from the contingency fund to organization 001-183-1838-268, for the Tucson Rodeo Parade; and declaring an emergency.
