Concurrent Plan Review
If you are interested in concurrent review, try PDSD's new Development Package Review. This new process may be used for any development within the City of Tucson that would require a site or development plan prior to the issuance of building permits. Use Development Standard 2-01 along with the layout document to draw the plans.  Use the Development Package checklist to tell us what reviews you would like done.  All Development Packages must be submitted to the CDRC office for review.
