PARKS AND RECREATION TO CLOSE CENTERS

FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE

Tucson Parks and Recreation announces 13 recreation centers or center amenities will be closed during the next several weeks for annual cleaning and maintenance.

Some programs at centers will not be affected by the closures.

Center maintenance schedules are as follows:

Edith Ball Adaptive Recreation Center - 791-5644

July 28-29 (Main pool closed; Therapy Pool remains open)

Northwest Center - 791-3247

July 28-Aug. 2 (center)

Marty Birdman Center - 791-5950

July 28-Aug. 6 (center)

El Rio Center - 791-4683

July 28-Aug. 9 (center only; senior program continues M-F 7:30-12:30;

Administration open M-F 8-5; remaining agencies continue normal hours.)

Aug. 1-2 (center closed – Schoolzout Camp continues Aug. 1)
