ABOUT US Department of Urban Planning & Design The Department of Urban Planning and Design is responsible for current and long-range land use planning functions for the City of Tucson. Development review functions including rezoning and code enforcement are handled by the Development Services Department http://www.tucsonaz.gov/dsd/.
