Paying Your Bill
There are several options available for paying your bill.
Pay Your Utility Services Bill Securely Online

Tucson Water has introduced a new way for customers to access account information and pay for the items included on your utility services statement. You can now call our Customer Service Office at (520) 791-3242, access account information and pay for all billed services at your convenience, 24 hours a day. You can pay your bill using a Visa, MasterCard or electronic check.Automated Bill Payment

Pay by Mail
Your City Services statement includes a pre-addressed envelope for your convenience. In the event you do not have one of these available, payments should be mailed to:- City of Tucson

Customers may also pay their bills in person at a variety of City of Tucson offices and Western Union locations.

Questions regarding your water or refuse charges can be answered by calling Tucson Water's Customer Service Office at (520) 791-3242 from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
If you are located outside of the Tucson area, you may call Tucson Water's toll-free number at 1-800-598-9449.
Questions regarding your sewer charges can be answered by calling Pima County's Wastewater Management Customer Service Office at (520) 740-6609.
Questions regarding your refuse charges can be answered by calling the City of Tucson's Environmental Services Department (formerly Solid Waste) at (520) 791-3171.
For all billing inquiries, please have your Account Number available in order for staff to access your account quickly.
